Sell Voice Data (sellvoicedata.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.

Sell Voice Data is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local buyer, who pays us for the introduction.

Fields the form stores

When you use the quote form we collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
• the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
• your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to

Purpose of the record

We use your details to find a local buyer who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.

If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.

We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Recipients of your request

Your details go to:

• the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
• the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data

Deletion schedule

We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us; a reply follows inside 45 days.

Visit counting

We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Referral fees

Our income comes from buyers. If you approve an introduction to a named buyer and later sign a license with it, it can owe Sell Voice Data a referral payment. Sellers are not charged. Audio, transcripts and sample files never pass through this site.

Extra choices under US state law

A referral payment can make passing your details to a buyer a "sale" under some state privacy statutes. Opting out takes a single email, described on our opt-out page; our log records the date we honored it.

Residents of several states can ask for a copy of their record, a correction or its deletion, free of charge and without penalty. No advertising is targeted with what you send. Nobody under 16 should use the form.

Evidence of consent

A complaint about contact by phone or message may arrive long afterwards. So the consent wording you saw, the time you sent it, your IP address and the page you were on are kept for five years, while your name and email follow the shorter retention period above.
